We Love Our Animals and What We Do!
We provide personalised services that suit both you and your dog. Below is a selection of our services, however, please feel free to enquire if you have any specific requests and we will be sure to consider it.
Inclusive Long Stay
Your pet’s happiness is our number one priority. During their stay, we learn what they like and dislike and always treat them with kindness and patience. And we never charge extra for snuggles - it’s included.
Prices for 2024 are £22 for the first dog, £17 for the second or third dog.
Inclusive Short Stay
Should you fancy a weekend away or are busy with work, we will happily provide a professional and fun short-stay holiday for your most beloved companion and do everything necessary to ensure your pet enjoys a safe, secure and contented break.
Please note that during popular times, our short-stay availability becomes extremely restricted and generally this service is only offered where there is sufficient capacity between long-stay bookings, on an ad-hoc basis.
Prices for 2024 are £25 for the first dog, £19 for the second or third dog.
PLEASE NOTE

Charges assume owner supplies all dietary requirements.

There is no availability between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

A travel levy may also apply for attendance at owner's home; rate will be quoted at time of booking.
TERMS

The charges apply to the number of days your pet(s) stays, not the number of nights, unless otherwise stated.

To confirm a booking, the booking request form must be completed and a non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per day per dog paid.

Bookings will not be honoured unless the requisite deposit is paid.

Where a deposit has not been paid to secure a booking, holidays4hounds reserves the right to reallocate booked dates to other customers.

The balance of payment is due no less than 14 days prior to your pet's stay. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, please make payments 21 days prior to the stay, to enable the cheque to clear. Charges for stays with less than 7 days notice will be payable immediately at the time of booking.

We can arrange to collect and return your pet, if you do not have transport, subject to extra charge, depending on where you live.

You will be required to provide details of your vet, advising your provider of our authority to have your pet(s) treated in the case of illness or emergency during the period of stay, along with details of pet insurance, where held, and agree to reimburse any costs that we may incur, should your pet(s) need to be attended by a vet. We agree to contact you first, where possible, before taking your pet(s) to the vet. However in the case of emergency, or if we are unable to contact you, the pet's needs shall come first and attendance at the vet will be arranged when we deem it necessary.
Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible by telephone to 02392556392 or by email to holidays4hounds@hotmail.co.uk.

Cancellation within 8 to 14 days of the start date of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount payable.

Cancellation within 1 to 7 days of the start date of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount payable.
